Merveilleux emplacement dans un bel appartement Positive: J’ai adoré l’emplacement et la modernité de l’appartement Negative: Moyennement réactif vis à vis du changement de piles dans les télécommandes, d’autant plus que vous n’avez pas changé les piles d’une des deux télécommandes. Les couvertures sont moyennement confortables

Although the Apt. was nice, your site should b mention there is no elevator & the sofa bed is not considered a bed!! Positive: Initially when we arrived, the name in the entrance was different & not the name I had! I called the receptionist to ask & tell her & she kept saying we were at the wrong place, when in fact we were at the correct place! We could not get in with the codes I was given, so we thought we had the wrong address per the receptionist, & kept driving to find the correct place! We finally figured we were at the correct address after by speaking to the receptionist numerous times! She then opened the b door entrance for us! This took an additional 45 minutes driving around trying to locate the Apt. building! What a mess! We are seniors (4) arriving to get on a cruise, & find they are no lift (elevator) & we are on the 3 rd floor! What difficulty we had to get our bags to the apartment! The sofa bed was awful! Very uncomfortable where you could feel the springs & metal because the mattress was so thin! All of this made our stay not very comfortable!! Negative: The stairs & sofa bed n was pretty bad!

Très bien sauf oreillers très sales. Positive: Emplacement et grandeur de l'appartement Negative: Les oreillers sont très très sales, pas d'accès au local pour les poubelles. Vu les prix ils pourraient les changer ou au moins les nettoyer fréquemment.

No tiene ascensor y son dos plantas a pie, importante avisar Positive: - buena ubicación - acceso independiente - espacioso - baño nuevo - muy amable el dueño y respondía rápido Negative: - hay que subir dos plantas de escaleras muy incómodas. Íbamos con bebé y mucha maleta y en ningún momento avisan en la descripción. Creo que debería ser obligatorio informar que no dispone de elevador… - bastante sucio, especialmente debajo de la cama y los muebles, capas de polvo - checkin a las 5 de la tarde y check Out a las 11 de la mañana me parece un poco abuso

Positive: Very nice location and well equipped! Nice decoration. Overall great choice! Negative: The sofa bed needs replacing: squeaking all the time and not comfortable. As an extra detail, we would have liked 1 large towel per person (I have asked but no reply). The bathtub was clogged.
