Positive: Proche du vieux Québec et bien situé pour les sorties et restaurant. Immeuble au calme malgré la route.
Negative: Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de système pour la fermeture des double rideau. Obligé de se mettre en hauteur pour les fermer.
Le fait que le coin nuit ne soit pas une pièce à part, le frigidaire était bruyant.
