Positive: Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent! Negative: Water pressure in the shower was very low. There was a washing machine available to use which was very nice but it was moldy.

Glass walls in the bedroom . This is really not a one bedroom apartment , it is a one room apartment. The water pressure and the plumbing were poor.

Lekker ruim appartement in het hart van Québec Positive: Super locatie, dicht bij het oude centrum, eetgelegenheden en bezienswaardigheden. Appartement is ruim en licht. Negative: De verlichting leidde een eigen leven met wel en niet werken en bediening die wat tijd kost om uit te vogelen. De douche heeft een waterbesparende voorziening die de doorstroom van water teveel beperkt, uiteindelijk dus een zielig straaltje water om je onder te douchen.

Fantastic ! Positive: The location is within a short walking distance of Old QUEBEC and has secure private indoor parking...wonderful in all seasons. The unit was very bright, clean and well appointed. Additionally, the kitchen had all types of cooking equipment, even a pizza pan and a springform pan. The kitchen also had basic ingredients for cooking, including olive oil, and salt and pepper. And if you were not inclined to prepare meals, every type of superb cuisine was available within easy walking distance in Old QUEBEC or Doordash. The 24 hour concierge was very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable ! As we arrived before our booking was ready, she even offered to keep our luggage in a secure spot until our suite was ready !
