Positive: Very nice location and well equipped! Nice decoration. Overall great choice!
Negative: The sofa bed needs replacing: squeaking all the time and not comfortable.
As an extra detail, we would have liked 1 large towel per person (I have asked but no reply).
The bathtub was clogged.

Positive: The location was great! Close to everything within walking distance.
Negative: Explanation on how to use TV - we were supplied with 4 different remotes. More wash cloths needed. No one answered our calls or emails until the day of our leaving.

Positive: Great location, it was a short walk to the main sites of Quebec. The bed was comfortable and the apt was equip with everything we needed for out stay. There was a parking lot located across the road and easy to get to.
