Positive: L'emplacement, la taille du logement et notamment du salon Negative: Draps du canapé lit non changés a notre arrivée, nous avons dû faire une machine en arrivant. 2 serviettes fournies alors que nous étions 4 ( erreur corrigée le lendemain), WC bouché en arrivant ( corrigé le soir meme par un plombier )

Positive: La terrasse. Negative: Les araignées géantes au-dessus de notre tête dans l'entrée.

Très agréable Positive: La localisation, l’équipement, la décoration.

Nicely fitted apartment at the foot of the hill from Old Quebec, but don’t rely on the wifi! Positive: The property is equipped with more than you could possibly use in a short stay. It was very comfortable. Negative: If I’m being generous I would describe the wifi as patchy. This mattered because the apartment didn’t have a phone despite being advertised as such. There are no support staff on site and the online support couldn’t answer the one question I asked. If you are travelling with an active sim in your phone then none of this matters, but we weren’t. There was no welcome pack in the property. Instead, there was a list of instructions on what to do on departure.

Overall it was a great stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We would come back again when we’re in Quebec. Positive: Location is close to everywhere we wanted to go and apartment has everything we needed. Negative: Bed and pillows were not as comfortable.
